How to Enroll
Just complete the Enrollment Form and return it to us using the address or fax number listed on the form. You may also obtain a form by contacting Ford Credit at 1-800-727-7000, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM CT.
Combined Billing will begin with your next billing cycle after enrollment is completed.
